By representing disability as part of the government regional stakeholder forum (deputy chair), a member of the North East Together Network leaders for social change, focus group member, The Lilac Review bringing change for entropies with a disability, Expert in residence Newcastle BICP centre and voted in as public governor of Newcastle hospitals NHS trust John ensures that wherever possible those with disabilities are represented, often being in voluntary roles.

Eagles Wings Consultancy is also a member of St Oswald's Hospice Better Together networking group. The membership fees for this group contribute directly to financing the salary of a nurse at St Oswald's Hospice, supporting the essential care services they provide.
